A little
about me.
Director, cinematographer, photographer, and lifelong explorer. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Curiosity has taken me a long way.
Before committing professionally to filmmaking, I spent two decades as a developer leading web development teams in marketing and higher education. That chapter shaped my technical resourcefulness: understanding systems, solving problems, and finding a way forward when the obvious approach falls short.
These days, my work takes me from documentary sets to remote landscapes, from small interview crews to aerial assignments. I love the technical side of image-making, but the people and the experiences are what stay with me.
Curiosity gets me into the field; empathy shapes how I work once I’m there. Good work begins with paying attention: to the light, to the landscape, and especially to the people who invite you into their story.
Have a film to develop, an assignment to shoot, or a crew to build? I’d love to hear about it.
